Jennifer Apell

Jennifer ApellJennifer Apell joins SJMC after operating her own mediation practice for 10 years. She was just recently awarded the honor of Top Attorney for Mediation by SJ Magazine for the second year in a row.  Currently, she co-chairs the Complementary Dispute Resolution/Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee for the Burlington County Bar Association. She lectures extensively on mediation.  Additionally, she is on the New Jersey court approved roster of family mediators.  She has taken various courses in divorce mediation, including a 40 hour training session.  

Ms. Apell received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law. She was a member of the Order of the Coif, which recognizes students in the top 10% of the class. While she was working, she was awarded her Masters in Taxation from Villanova.  Ms. Apell clerked for the Honorable Ronald E. Bookbinder while he was sitting in the Family Part.
